Industries We Serve

Types of Industrial Flooring Coatings We Offer

Epoxy Flooring

Durable and chemical-resistant, epoxy flooring is ideal for factories, warehouses, and pharmaceutical units. It provides a smooth, seamless surface that is easy to clean and long-lasting.

PU (Polyurethane) Flooring

Flexible and abrasion-resistant, PU flooring is perfect for areas with heavy machinery and thermal shocks. It also offers excellent resistance to acids and alkalis.

ESD Flooring (Anti-Static Flooring)

Used in electronics and IT sectors, ESD flooring prevents static charge buildup and protects sensitive equipment.

Self-Leveling Epoxy Coating

Creates a smooth and flawless finish over rough concrete floors. Perfect for areas requiring high hygiene standards like cleanrooms and laboratories.

Chemical-Resistant Flooring

Special coatings to resist corrosive chemicals and solvents in chemical industries and storage tanks.

Cementitious Waterproof Coating

Used in basements and water-retaining structures. It is easy to apply and creates a solid barrier against moisture ingress.

Our Application Process

  • Surface Preparation

We begin with mechanical cleaning and shot blasting to remove dust, grease, and loose particles for optimal coating adhesion.

  • Crack & Joint Treatment

All visible cracks, joints, and undulations are sealed or filled with epoxy grout or appropriate sealants.

  • Primer Application

An epoxy or PU primer is applied to enhance bonding with the base floor and ensure durability.

  • Base Coat Application

A high-performance epoxy or PU base coat is spread using a trowel or roller based on project needs.

  • Top Coat Finishing

Final finishing with topcoat for shine, texture, and enhanced chemical/mechanical resistance.

  • Curing & Quality Check

The floor is left to cure for 24–48 hours followed by thorough inspection and quality testing.
